National Illustration Day is going to be a draw
The Quentin Blake Centre for Illustration holds its second ever National Illustration Day, this year on November 29.
Happening on the last Friday in November, the day is a celebration of the art we use every day to tell stories, share ideas, advertise our businesses, and even cross the road. Businesses can get involved by:
- Joining in with the Centre's social media campaign by sharing an illustration used by your organisation, giving a shout out to the creator, tagging @qbcentre, #NationalIllustrationDay2024 and #IllustratedIslington.
- Encourage staff to bring in and share their favourite illustrations on social media or at a lunchtime discussion.
- Create a window display featuring illustrations relevant to your business, a selection of favourite illustrated books or National Illustration Day posters.
