Businesses are reminded Transport for London will be carrying out roadworks in the Upper Street area from October 28 to November 25.

The resurfacing work will include a section of the A1 Upper Street between Pentonville Road and Laycock Street, and may stop before or after the junctions.

Work will take place overnight on weekdays between 8pm and 6am, with two full day works on Sunday, November 3, and Sunday, November 17, between 8am on Sunday until 6am on Monday. Local traffic diversions will be in place while the work is carried out.

The resurfacing is part of a wider programme of improvements in the area.

Islington Council, TfL and Ringways works contractors are holding a drop-in session if anyone has any questions or concerns, on October 15 from 10am-1pm, and 5pm-8pm. This takes place at Islington Town Hall, Room CR5.
