New acts and activities have been revealed for Angel Islington BID’s Glow in the Angel festive extravaganza in just a few weeks.

Islington Green will be a hub of Christmas cheer on Saturday, November 23, with stage performances, make-and-take crafts, music and song from 1pm-6pm. Meet the characters from King’s Head Theatre’s first ever Christmas pantomime Cinderella, Little Angel Theatre’s production of Scruff’s Christmas Adventure, and Tall Stories’ stage adaptation of Room on the Broom. Little hands can have a go at gingerbread decorating, creating Santa spoon puppets, and making advent calendars. There’ll also be storytelling and face-painting. Musical entertainment will include a brass bandMrs H and the Sing-along Band, and Tyndale School Choir. You’ll also be able to belt out some Yuletide bangers yourself at the Lucky Voice Christmas karaoke booth.
